D’angelo Russell, Julius Randle, Ingram Train With Team Usa (day 1)

The Los Angeles Lakers have three members of their young core training with USA Basketball this week, with Julius Randle, D’Angelo Russell and Brandon Ingram all on the USA Select Team.

On Monday, all three were out on the practice floor at The Mendenhall Center at UNLV, playing against the best of the best on Team USA. Most notably, all three Lakers were also on the same scrimmage team, giving them even more of a chance to build chemistry and bond together throughout this experience.

In addition to getting the experience of picking the brains of the most talented players, the Select Team has the bonus of being coached by Gregg Popovich, regarded by many as the best coach in the NBA.

Take a glimpse into day one of training camp, with practice footage and scrimmage footage. Plus, Russell goes one-on-one with Julius Randle, Kyrie Irving and Jabari Parker. It’s all in our video above. We’ve added some additional videos from our social media accounts below, and if you missed our exclusive with Randle, check it out here.
