GIF: Kobe Bryant Shows Off His Complicated Handshake In China

Kobe Bryant has been on his Nike tour through China, and during a stop at the Nike Store in Hong Kong, China, Kobe was able to interact with some of his biggest fans on the other side of the Atlantic.

What ensued was Bryant engaging in a pretty complicated handshake with a fan that ended with some hissing and them making snake fangs with their fingers.

Bryant has been making this annual tour to China for years now, and each trip he makes the more the people of China love him — as evidenced by the man in this video below who was brought to tears following seeing Bryant at a Nike event.

A commenter on Reddit gave his best translation of the crying man: “When I saw him I was so excited! I kept on crying, my tears just won’t stop running! I kept on crying when I saw you!”

Regardless, it looks like Bryant has been enjoying himself in China, and China has been happy to have him.
