Jeremy Lin Appears In Funny Video With YouTube Stars

Jeremy Lin recently released a funny video with YouTube stars AJ Raphael, Philip Wang, Nigahiga, and actor Harry Shum Jr. Although the video is mostly silly and at some points random, its overarching message is to continue moving on with life and to do the things that make you happy.

In the video, Lin is stuck on feeling upset about his performance in last season’s playoffs. Lin made a crucial turnover during the final minutes in the series ending game against the Portland Trailblazers. However, after a little musical presentation by his friends, he realizes it’s time to move on from last season — perhaps symbolizing his new start with the Lakers.

Lin constantly makes fun of himself in the video even comparing himself to a trash can. It’s nice to see Lin’s humility in the midst of much criticism. It remains to be seen if Lin has heeded Kobe Bryant’s advice to him, but it seems that Lin is ready for a fresh start.
