Pau Gasol Autographed Sneaker Giveaway Contest

Los Angeles Lakers forward and two-time NBA champion Pau Gasol has spent his summer playing basketball in his home country of Europe for the Spanish in the EuroBasket championships. In fact, just like in the NBA, Gasol helped lead Spain the championship.

Now the Lakers big man is giving away a pair of autographed shoes from the tournament itself. Teaming up with NikeID, Gasol is holding a contest through his Facebook and Twitter accounts to find the fan most deserving of his sneakers.

To participate in the contest simply visit Pau Gasol’s Facebook page and fill out the information. All that is required is a first and last name, email address, and a brief description of your favorite moment of Pau Gasol’s career.

Entering this information will automatically insert you into the competition and give you a chance to win a pair of Nike sneakers that have been autographed by Pau Gasol.

If you’re having trouble coming up with some ideas for your favorite Pau Gasol moment, consider one of these top plays from the 2009-10 NBA season.
