On Sunday, Steve Nash’s Foundation Showdown made its way to downtown Los Angeles for the first time at the Red Shield Community Center.
The Showdown is a charity soccer event benefiting under-served children, and included professional NBA and soccer players like Jeremy Lin, Jared Dudley, Robbie Keane, Robbie Rogers, Carlo Cudicini, Carlos Bocanegra, John O’Brien and Kyle Martino.
Team Nash came away with a 5-4 victory over Team Robbie as Nash scored the winning goal with a minute left in the match.
