Video: Lakers Defeat Nuggets in Dominating Game 1 Performance

The Lakers defeated the Denver Nuggets 103-88 in Game 1 of the first round of the post-season on Sunday afternoon at the Staples Center.

Los Angeles was led by center Andrew Bynum, who recorded his first career triple-double, and tied a record for blocks in a playoff game with 10.
