Video: Magic Johnson Tells Jay Leno He’s Not in Favor of ‘World Peace’

Lakers legend Magic Johnson made an appearance on Jay Leno’s Tonight Show Monday night to discuss everything but the state of the NBA.

When asked why he wouldn’t discuss the state of the lockout Johnson replied, “Heavy fines if I talk about it. Like a million dollars.”

Seems reasonable enough to me. Regardless, Johnson had a few choice words for some of the decisions that the artist formerly known as Ron Artest has made during the off-season. Johnson criticized the name change and the appearance on Dancing with the Stars, but appeared to ignore the rest of Artest’s bizarre behavior.

There have been reports of the video not working properly below. If that’s the case head over to the L.A. Times, who also have the video from Magic’s appearance on Leno.
