March Madness: Top 10 Players To Watch During The NCAA Tournament
[new_royalslider id=”140″]

1. TJ Warren – The ACC player of the year single handedly forced North Carolina State into the round of 64. The sophomore can do it all, but may be the second best scorer in the nation behind…

2. Doug McDermott – The best college scorer of our generation, Dougie is nearly impossible to stop. He has a sweet stroke, but also the post game to match it.

3. Andrew Wiggins – While his big man Joel Embiid nurses a back injury, Wiggins needs to dominate for his Jayhawks to make it to the second weekend.

4. Aaron Gordon – The Arizona big man needs to play like a top five pick if the Wildcats want to live up to the early season hype. That means making his free throws and attacking the rim with urgency.

5. Marcus Smart – No team is as dangerous as Oklahoma State coming into the tournament. Smart is back playing like a top five pick and his Cowboys are primed for a deep run in the tournament if they play up to potential.

6. Jabari Parker – Parker brings it on a nightly basis no doubt, but for Duke to make the final four, he needs to be the best player on the floor without a doubt. Not settling for jump shots and attacking should be his move.

7. Julius Randle – Although he may not be the most important player on his team (that goes to Andrew Harrison), Randle is by far Kentucky’s best player and needs to be ready for constant double teams.

8. Kyle Anderson – UCLA goes as “Slomo” goes and after winning the Pac-12 tournament, things are looking bright for the Bruins. Anderson needs to control the pace and do a little bit of everything, as is standard with him.

9. Gary Harris – Michigan State is very deep and a lot of people’s favorites to win it all, but Harris has to be their go-to scorer. When it’s clutch time, he needs to find the ball and take over for Sparty to advance.

10. Nik Stauskas – The lengthy sophomore is Michigan’s go-to guy and is more than just a shooter this year. He can finish through contact, and needs to for his club to make a deep run.
