VIDEO: Kobe Bryant Draws Inspiration From Beethoven

Miami Heat v Los Angeles Lakers

In the latest promo for his documentary, Kobe Bryant’s MUSE, the five-time NBA champion talks about putting things into perspective and Beethoven being an inspiration after he went down with the Achilles injury in 2013, via The Players’ Tribune:

Bryant’s career in the NBA and time wearing the purple and gold in Los Angeles is quickly coming to an end. Bryant has one more season under contract with the Los Angeles Lakers and will likely call it a career heading into the summer of 2016.

With Bryant well aware of his basketball career nearing its end, the iconic Lakers star decided to give fans a look into his life and the way he went about motivating himself throughout his near two decades in the league.

On Feb. 28, Kobe Bryant’s MUSE is set to air on Showtime giving the behind-the-scenes look at his life and mindset.
