During the fourth quarter of tonight’s game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Milwaukee Bucks Kobe Bryant found himself once again setting a Lakers franchise record.

After connecting on a free throw with just six minutes left in the game Bryant surpassed Jerry West as the player to make more free throws as a member of the Lakers than any other player in team history.

Kobe Bryant passes Jerry West for most free throws made in Lakers history and will soon pass Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for most field goals made.

Congratulations to Bryant, who is also on the verge of surpassing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar with the most field goals in Lakers history.
