VIDEO: Nick Young Battles Gilbert Arenas On Fisher Price Court
[new_royalslider id=”137″]

One of the reasons Nick Young loves being a member of the Lakers is that he grew up in the area, and can now live here while doing what he loves most.

Yesterday, Young had a little downtime, and decided to partake in a friendly game of basketball with former teammate and fellow LA native, Gilbert Arenas. The game took place on a Fisher Price court.

Young took to Instagram to document the shootout between the two known gunners.

In the first video, Arenas knocks down his first jumper, complete with celebration. In the second, Young matched Arenas and gloated right back in Arenas’ face.

The third video added the controversy as Arenas made his shot, and Young appeared to bank one in, but the rim broke allowing the ball to roll off the rim before it could go through the net.

Young believed the shot should have counted while Arenas was ready to celebrate his Fisher Price victory.

Either way, it is good to see Young getting some shots up while he recovers from his knee issues.

What do you think? Should Young’s shot have counted? Judge for yourself below:
