Andrew Bynum Says He’s ‘Not Close’ With Anyone Left On The Lakers

Two-time NBA champion Andrew Bynum has had quite a journey since being traded by the Los Angeles Lakers in the summer of 2012.

Ultimately, Bynum landed in Indiana with the Pacers and was asked about his relationships with his former teammates from Los Angeles. Bynum said the following according to Scott Agnes of Pacers.com:

Bynum was first dealt to the Philadelphia 76ers, then left in free agency after failing to play a single game. The former Lakers lottery pick signed with Cleveland Cavaliers as an unrestricted free agent.

After being suspended by the Cavs for conduct detrimental to the team, Cleveland traded Bynum to the Chicago Bulls for Luol Deng. The Bulls immediately waived Bynum and after clearing waivers, the veteran center signed with the Indiana Pacers.

Despite signing with Indiana a few weeks ago, Bynum still hasn’t made his debut for the Pacers.

Ironically enough, Bynum has yet to face the Lakers while playing for another team since being traded by the storied franchise for Dwight Howard back in 2012.
