So Dwight Howard received his punishment over the Flagrant Two Foul he gave to the Nuggets’ Kenneth Faried during their loss to Denver.

The NBA annouces that Dwight Howard has been fined $35,000 for his flagrant foul 2 last night. No mention of a suspension.

NBA: Utah Jazz at Los Angeles LakersThat’s actually not too bad. I thought he would get suspended one game considering how the NBA can be when it comes to these things but I think Howard and the Lakers are lucky that he only got fined $35,000.

Now that the punishment has been handed down, we can all move on from this. Let’s hope Dwight gets going as he has been having quite an up-and-down season. We all know that he is not “basically Kosta Koufos“; Dwight Howard is the best center in the league and should play and act as such.

The Lakers will try to start another winning streak as they play the Blazers at Staples Center on Friday night.
