INSTAGRAM: Snoop Dogg Recruits Russell Westbrook To Lakers

In an exclusive interview on NBA TV with Ahmad Rashad on Tuesday, Kobe Bryant talked about numerous topics including Russell Westbrook. The five-time champion had high praise for the Oklahoma City Thunder point guard two days after he won his first All-Star MVP.

With the Los Angeles Lakers failing to make the playoffs for the second consecutive season, Snoop Dogg has started to recruit Westbrook to the Lakers via his Instagram account:

Graduating from Leuzinger High School and playing two seasons at UCLA, Los Angeles is home for Westbrook. With Kobe likely retiring at the end of his current contract in 2016, the organization and fans are looking for the next superstar and Westbrook becomes a free agent in 2017.
