The Los Angeles Lakers have joined the millions of basketball fans around in world by watching the 2013 Playoffs from home. The Lakers were eliminated a while back after getting swept by the San Antonio Spurs and are looking to find ways to improve for next season.

Although there is very little the front office can do now to make the Lakers better, it is dealing with pressing questions concerning the future of its players and coaching staff.

Dwight Howard’s long-term future with the team and the underachieving coaches have dominated headlines over the past seven days, and here is a Week in Review.
