The Los Angeles Lakers came from behind to earn another road victory Thursday night against the Sacramento Kings, winning 101-91.
After the game Lakers forward Julius Randle and Kings center DeMarcus Cousins exchanged some words, as Randle was smiling after the loss while Cousins didn’t look to be as happy.
Teammates from both teams stepped in the middle of Randle and Cousins before anything could happen though, ending any possible conflict, via Bleacher Report:

Both Randle and Cousins played their college ball at the University of Kentucky under head coach John Calipari. When asked about the scrum, Cousins shrugged it off, saying that Randle is like a little brother to him, via Ben Golliver of Sports Illistruated:

Cousins was visibly frustrated throughout the game and after the loss, as the Lakers played him very physical and the referees were not giving Cousins many calls. He got off to a hot start, hitting two three-points in the first quarter and helping his team go up by as many as 19 in the second quarter.
The Lakers and Randle fought their way back though, outscoring the Kings by 20 in the second half helping earn the victory.
Both former Wildcats played good games, as Randle finished with 15 points, eight rebounds, and five assists while Cousins had 28 points, nine rebounds, and four assists.
This is not the first time that Randle has gotten into it with a veteran player, as last season he exchanged words with Minnesota Timberwolves future Hall of Famer Kevin Garnett, and then this past week he and Phoenix Suns center Tyson Chandler exchanged some words in the fourth quarter of a Lakers win.
Despite being just 21-years-old, Randle is proving that he will not back down to anyone, accepting any and all challenges.
