It is no secret Love is fond of the city of the Los Angeles with the star forward having the experience of playing and living here during his run as a UCLA Bruin. Although the rumors have run rampant linking Love to the Lakers, the three-time All-Star maintained the stance that he wants to win and didn’t specify where in the NBA he prefers to do that.

During the interview with FOX, Love also referred to the Minnesota Timberwolves as “they” when talking about the team’s chances of competing moving forward.

The Lakers will almost certainly give it their best shot to land the star forward in a trade at some point before the trade deadline next season, but all signs point to the team possibly landing him in free agency being the most likely scenario.
