According to the Lakers Twitter account, Young’s was sent to put an MRI on his left knee:

Young has struggled all year long in his second season with the Lakers, but had a solid performance in the win over the Celtics. Young finished with 19 points on 5-of-9 shooting helping lead the team to victory in overtime.

Although the swelling in Young’s knee is concerning for obvious reasons, Lakers trainer Gary Vitti isn’t overly concerned, according to Lakers Nation reporter Serena Winters:

The Lakers will head on the road on Wednesday to face the Utah Jazz before returning for Friday’s game against the Milwaukee Bucks. Young’s status for this week remains up in the air with the team waiting for the results of the MRI on his left knee.
