Lakers News: Paul George Claims Moving Truck Outside Of Indiana Home Was His Neighbor’s
Lakers Not Yet Among Teams Pacers Engaging In Trade Talks With For Paul George

Indiana Pacers star Paul George recently let it be known that he plans to leave the Pacers in free agency next summer, with the intention of joining his hometown Los Angeles Lakers.

With George letting that be known, the Pacers are currently shopping George on the trade market to see what they can get for him before losing him after this season.

Among the teams that could be interested are the Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics and of course the Lakers, as it may be in the Lakers best interest to bring him in now via trade, instead of waiting and hope he hits free agency.

A photo of a moving truck outside of George’s Indiana home recently went viral, as people though that a trade may have been completed.

George recently took to Twitter to say that the moving trucks belonged to his neighbors though:

With George letting it be known that he wants to leave Indiana, it is unlikely that he begins the season with the Pacers as the fans would likely not receive him well.

The Pacers reportedly tried to trade him before the draft and during the draft, but no deal came to fruition. As recent as Sunday the Pacers were discussing a three-way deal with the Cavaliers and Denver Nuggets, but again no deal was able to become agreed upon.

It was also recently reported that the Lakers are still determined to bring in George via trade, as opposed to free agency next summer, so that will be something to keep an eye on throughout the course of this summer.
