Los Angeles Lakers big man Ed Davis has been one of the most consistent players in the Lakers preseason. Shooting 75% in the Lakers preseason (21-28) and averaging over two blocks a game, Davis has already shown his value as one of the Lakers free agent acquisitions this off-season.

Davis has been splitting time with Robert Sacre in preseason games, and Lakers head coach Byron Scott says he’s been impressed with both of their play. What else does Davis think he need to do to secure playing time once the regular season starts? And, what has Davis learned most this preseason?
