The Los Angeles Lakers roll into Charlotte for the second game of their road trip hoping to improve on their 5-26 record. The purple and gold will have their work cut out for them though as they will be playing in a back-to-back after getting blown out in Memphis last night. The Hornets, meanwhile, are 16-13 and are coming off one day of rest. With Charlotte in the mix for a playoff spot in the east expect them to come out motivated and with fresh legs.
Lakers head coach Byron Scott has promised not to make any lineup changes until after the trip, which means that we should see a starting lineup of Jordan Clarkson, Lou Williams, Kobe Bryant, Larry Nance Jr., and Roy Hibbert. Potential-laden youngsters D’Angelo Russell and Julius Randle continue to come off the bench, and will hope to prove they deserve to be among the starting five.
