The Los Angeles Lakers hope to avoid a franchise-worst 11 game losing streak when they take on the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday night. Likewise, Minnesota will be looking to break their own four game losing streak by defeating the Lakers for the third time this season.
Guard Kobe Bryant will be in action for Los Angeles, although his rocking chair counterpart, Kevin Garnett, will not suit up for Minnesota. Of course, whenever the Lakers and Timberwolves meet up, one of the storylines is always Karl-Anthony Towns and D’Angelo Russell. However, at this point, it isn’t much of a competition as Towns has hit the ground running while Russell is still trying to find his way.
