The Los Angeles Lakers came back home to try and break their four game losing streak and pick up their first regular season win. The Lakers hosted the Phoenix Suns who they played less than a week ago. Making his regular season debut off the bench was Lakers’ sharpshooter Ryan Kelly. Byron Scott looked to pick up his first win as the Lakers head coach with the following starting five: Jeremy Lin, Kobe Bryant, Wesley Johnson, Carlos Boozer and Jordan Hill. Check out tonight’s highlights below:

First Quarter

Jordan Hill's jumper has been so good the last 2 nights, but LAL still need him to do some rolling off screens since Boozer always pops.

Kobe's hit 3 straight shots after missing his first 3, the latest a 3-pointer (LAL's 2nd) to cut the PHX lead to 2.

Gotta love a good shot blocker #EdDavis

— Serena Winters (@SerenaWinters) November 5, 2014

Game Score: Lakers 24, Suns 26

Second Quarter

Sharpshooter* makes his first basket of the new season. RT @TheeCoreyH: #Kellz

Kobe hits the mid-range jumper to push the Lakers back in the lead 32-31 as we approach the midway point of the 2nd. 11pts for the Mamba.

— Los Angeles Lakers (@Lakers) November 5, 2014

Make that 4 triples after Kobe hits B2B with Price, cutting the Suns lead to 46-42. Still no Dragic as Thomas remains in w/his 11 bench pts.

— Mike Trudell (@LakersReporter) November 5, 2014

Game Score: Lakers 46, Suns 58

Third Quarter

Kobe doing that magician thing of his again.

— TWC SportsNet (@TWCSportsNet) November 5, 2014

.@WayneElli22 splashes it down from 25-feet out to make it a 3-point game at 75-72.

— Los Angeles Lakers (@Lakers) November 5, 2014

So much of Bryant's game is muscle memory. It's amazing.

— Hardwood Paroxysm (@HPbasketball) November 5, 2014

Game Score: Lakers 75, Suns 79

Fourth Quarter

Ed Davis stepped up to try and reverse the bad FT trend, hitting 2, then swatting Tucker leading to Kobe's layup. LAL within 2.

— Mike Trudell (@LakersReporter) November 5, 2014

Mamba to the rack for the And-1 layup. He’s up to 34 points with 6:10 to play.

— Los Angeles Lakers (@Lakers) November 5, 2014

Jordan Hill should wreak havoc on this PHX line up, and he just grabbed an O board for a dunk that gives him 13P, 14R.

— Mike Trudell (@LakersReporter) November 5, 2014

Game Score: Lakers 106, Suns 112
