With the Golden State Warriors and San Antonio Spurs favorites to represent the Western Conference in the NBA Finals, the Oklahoma City Thunder were active during this year’s NBA trade deadline.
To improve their bench depth, the Thunder acquired Randy Foye from the Denver Nuggets in exchange for D.J. Augustin, Steve Novak and two second round picks according to Ken Berger of CBS Sports:

During his time in Denver, Foye saw his minutes decrease in each of his three seasons as the franchise is currently rebuilding. However, the 10-year guard out of Villanova is known for his scoring ability off the bench and is a nice move for the Thunder.
With two months remaining in the 2015-16 NBA season, the Thunder will look to get more comfortable with new head coach Billy Donovan’s system in hopes of making another deep playoff push. After dealing with injuries last season, Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook will look to take them back to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2012.
