NBA Power Rankings: Can You Say Chi City?

30. Washington Wizards (Last week’s ranking: 30): The Washington Wizards were able to come up with  a W this past week. Other than that, they still find themselves at the bottom of the league. Not much for John Wall to dance about here.

29. New Jersey (29): With Brook Lopez out of the lineup and Deron Williams failing to step it up in his previous home town in Utah, the New Jersey Nets have yet to take a step in a positive direction this NBA season.

28. New Orleans (28): The Hornets have been competing with teams but their effort does not always result in wins. Eric Gordon is sidelined for the time being, with him healthy things could turn around next week for this ball club.

27. Detroit Pistons (27): With veteran players failing to lead, the Detroit Pistons find themselves in the same spot as last week. Highlight of this week: Greg Monroe had an outstanding performance this week with 32 points and 16 rebounds against the Bucks in a losing effort.

26. Charlotte Bobcats (22): The Bobcats dropped four spots this week in the power rankings. The ball club was only able to put together one win with four loses.
