20. Cleveland Cavaliers (19): Despite a three game losing streak the Cavs have an overall record of 6-9. Kyrie Irving has shown signs of brilliance on the offensive end of the floor but his defensive game remains a mystery.

19. Phoenix Suns (20): Steve Nash has been playing well despite not having big targets as he did in the past. Their record is 6-9 and they are coming off a two game winning streak.

18. Minnesota Timberwolves (23): Minnesota showed improvement this week. Led by Kevin Love, who hit a huge buzzer beater against the Los Angeles Clippers, the T’Wolves look to continue to improve.

17. New York Knicks (15): The Knicks continue to stumble along this season. They have lost their last six games, which is inexcusable with a roster like theirs.

16. Portland Trail Blazers (11): After a strong start of the season the Portland Trail Blazers have finally cooled down, which is a good sign for the Lakers and other teams in the Western Conference.
