Nike 3 on 3 Tournament Set to Begin Friday in Los Angeles

The highly publicized Nike 3 on 3 tournament is set to take place this weekend at Staples Center and L.A. Live. The tournament will feature some of the best basketball players from Los Angeles and all of Southern California, as they will all converge on L.A. Live to showcase their skills in a three on three tournament.

The festivities begin this Friday, August 5th, at 4:00 PM. Each team will have to check in then get their assigned playing slot.

However, for all the people that are there to watch basketball rather than play it we have plenty for you to do as well. In fact, Lakers Nation will be there with a booth and an exciting contest for you to participate in.

Lakers Nation will be teaming up with Panini to put together a scavenger hunt of sorts, and if you are able to beat the rest you could win a chance to get anything you want, yes anything, autographed by Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant.

There will be plenty of action this weekend as the best ballers in the region showcase their talents at the basketball Mecca of the western United States. Make sure you’re there to witness all of it.

Admission is free and open to the public. To check out the complete itinerary click here.
