Kobe Bryant is no stranger to sharing some of the more disturbing aspects of his recovery. A couple months ago, Bryant shared a photo of his Achilles surgery that was a little more graphic than what we needed to see as fans.
Last night, Bryant shared a photo of the knee procedure he’s receiving in Germany. While it’s billions of times less graphic than the Achilles photo, it’s still a bit crazy that Bryant is taking photos of his doctors visits.
It’s great that Bryant wants to share all aspects of his recovery with his fans, especially considering that Bulls fans really were left in the dark about the recovery process of Derrick Rose, and when he’d potentially return to the court (which didn’t happen at all last season). With Bryant, we could potentially learn first from him when he’ll be able to play again.
