VIDEO: Dwight Buycks Crosses Over Gary Harris, Hits Three

After the Los Angeles Lakers ruled Wayne Ellington out for the season with a shoulder injury, the team’s roster needed additional guards. Dwight Buycks filled the gap and signed a 10-day contract.

Jeremy Lin was a late scratch in Wednesday game which gave Buycks an opening to produce. Against the Nuggets, Buycks played 33 minutes and scored a career-high 15 points. He also had himself a highlight play with a crossover and three pointer.

The Lakers let the game get away from them during the second half and found themselves down 23 in the fourth. Buycks took a handoff from Robert Sacre and made Gary Harris fall while he stepped back behind the three point line. The shot went through the net to bring the Lakers within 20.
