Video: Kobe Bryant Participating In 5-On-5 Scrimmage At Practice

Kobe Bryant made his triumphant return to Lakers practice on Saturday. With Bryant practicing, speculation continues to fly about when Kobe will make his in-game return.

Bryant was a full participant in practice again today, and was a part of the 5-on-5 halfcourt scrimmage that the team held in which his team won 21-3. The official Lakers twitter page posted a video on Vine, highlighting Bryant’s play:

Bryant looks like Bryant in this video. You can see him going around screens comfortably and handling the ball like normal. His jump pass was extremely crisp and on target and he landed on that surgically repaired left Achilles which has to instill confidence in himself, and the rest of the team, that he is close to coming back.

The Lakers don’t play again until Friday night at home against the Warriors, the same team that Bryant tore his Achilles against. It would be completely fitting if Bryant was able to make his return against them as well.
