Kobe Bryant is someone who takes his charity work extremely serious. Even though he is one of the most fierce competitors the league has ever seen, he loves to give back to the community as well.

One way Bryant will be doing that this year is by participating in the United Way Homewalk on November 15 at Exposition Park in Los Angeles.

The mission of the United Way Homewalk is to help out the more than 40,000 men, women, and children who are homeless in Los Angeles County. Bryant also participated in this event last year.

In the short video, Bryant asks for fans to join him at the event, which is a 5K walk or run. Registration is $20 and the United Way is asking for participants to fundraise $100 as they try to reach their event goal of $1 million raised.
