VIDEO: Kobe Jokes About Nick Young’s First Pitch At Dodgers Game

Nick Young has developed into a fan favorite amongst the Lakers faithful over this past season. A team missing its familiar faces sorely needed an identity and ‘Swaggy P’ was there to be the man Lakers fans could come see every night.

Despite the Lakers season ending weeks ago, Young has remained in the spotlight, most notably, when he threw out a hideous first pitch at a recent Los Angeles Dodgers game.

Young’s terrible pitch made for a lot of laughs and Kobe Bryant was one of the many. Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Bryant seemed both amazed and disturbed by Young’s pitch.

Asked by Kimmel whether he thought Young made that throw on purpose, Bryant had some simple words:

I pray to God that he did […] That’s so bad it’s impressive

Needless to say, Young won’t be making any Michael Jordan moves to the baseball diamond anytime soon. And Bryant is surely more focused on who the next Lakers coach will be, than Young’s antics.
