The Los Angeles Lakers once again ended practice with 5-on-5 scrimmages and sprints on Day 3. The media was allowed to watch two of the scrimmages and sprinting drills afterwards. Of the two scrimmages the media was let in to watch, Bryant’s team lost the first and won the second.
According to Bryant though, in the first scrimmage (which the media was not allowed to watch), his team dominated. Of course, when we asked Nick Young about it after practice, Swaggy P had an answer with a different ending.

Nick Young and Bryant engaged in quite the competitive and friendly trash-talking throughout the games, which you can hear in our videos. After their scrimmages, head coach Byron Scott had the guards and bigs line up for sprints. Check it all out in our video above and for our full practice report, click here.
