One of the brightest young stars in the NBA today is Paul George of the Indiana Pacers. Not only are the Pacers sitting atop the Eastern Conference right now, but they have a great chance of winning that elusive NBA title this season with George leading the way.

On Tuesday night, George made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel to talk about his incredible season and the jaw-dropping dunk he threw down on the Los Angeles Clippers recently.

Along with chiming in on the season and the dunk, George said that he was a Clippers fan growing up in Los Angeles, but said Kobe Bryant is his favorite player of all time.

George also talked about the first time he had to guard Bryant with former Pacers assistant coach Brian Shaw trying to get the five-time NBA champion fired up on the sidelines. George jokingly said that Bryant gave him an elbow to the gut and then hit a fadeaway jumper leaving him with a little grudge against the superstar he idolized.
