VIDEO: ‘The Nick Young Story – Origins’ Produced By SB Nation

Los Angeles Lakers vs Miami Heat Roster

Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Nick Young was spotlighted in this week’s episode of SB Nation’s Origins where the NBA athlete and those closest to him look back on moments of him growing up in Culver City to being at the forefront of leading a rebirth in NCAA basketball at the University of Southern California. Notoriously known for his electric personality, Young said he’s always enjoyed being the underdog and intentionally kept rivalries alive, dating even back to times facing high scool rival and former Laker Jordan Farmar.

As of the late, the shooting guard has missed multiple consecutive games due to a knee injury and it is still unknown when he will return to the court. Young reassures in the video that he still takes time to enjoy the game before it is too late.
