Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa were honored with the Bill Sharman Humanitarian award over the weekend during the Toberman Neighborhood Center’s eighth annual charity gala. The main fundraising portion of the event, featured a live auction, raising funds for less privileged kids, family services and gang prevention programs.

The first item up for auction was a child’s art piece, made by one of the Toberman kids. Her name is Mariana and she wants to become a science teacher. Bryant ups the ante on the bids. Funny enough, the art piece also happened to be autographed by Kobe and Vanessa Bryant. Can you spot Bryant bidding on the art piece in our video above?
A lunch with Nick Young and a dinner with Byron Scott were also up for auction. Check out how much they sold for, here.
