25. New Jersey (25): The New Jersey Nets have an overall record of 8-17 and have played .500 basketball their past 10 games despite a two-game losing streak.

24. Sacramento Kings (24): The Kings have improved offensively but that is only half the battle. With a record of 8-15 the Kings need to improve defensively.

23. Golden State Warriors (23): The Golden State Warriors showed little signs of improvement this week and need to improve the center and forward spots.

22. New York Knicks (22): The New York Knicks continue to struggle with an overall record of 9-15.

21. Phoenix Suns (21): The Phoenix Suns have been struggling offensively with a record of 9-14.
