5. Philadelphia 76ers (6): With a huge win over the Bulls, the 76ers are playing well in an extremely talented Eastern Conference. Their overall record is 17-7.

4. Indiana Pacers (11): The Pacers had impressive road wins over the Lakers, Bulls and Magic. Is this team for real?

3. Chicago Bulls (2): The Chicago Bulls have a great record at 20-6 but recently suffered losses on the road to the Heat and 76ers. They have also been without Luol Deng due to an injured left wrist.

2. Miami Heat (3): The Miami Heat seem to be back running on all cylinders. The big three are back and LeBron James has elevated his game once again averaging 29.7 points, 8.3 rebounds and 7.0 assists.

1. Oklahoma City Thunder (1): The Thunder currently have the best record in the league and have been playing well at home and on the road. Their overall record is 18-5.
